On June 27th, 2026, Chris will join 24 other amateur riders from around the world to complete all 21 stages of the Tour de France – one week ahead of the professionals.
Together, the team aims to raise £1,000,000 for Cure Leukaemia—a charity accelerating the fight against blood cancer and an official charity partner of the Tour de France.
The Tour 21 is widely regarded as one of the toughest endurance challenges on earth for non-professional cyclists. Across 21 days, the riders will:
- Climb the height of Mount Everest six times
- Cycle the distance from London to Cairo
- Spend 8–12 hours a day in the saddle
- Burn 8,000+ calories daily

Chris and his fellow riders will need every ounce of strength and resilience to keep going. What will keep them pedalling when exhaustion sets in is the knowledge that their efforts—and your donations—are funding research and treatment that will save lives. Chris has already paid his entry fee, so 100% of your donation goes directly to Cure Leukaemia. The minimum fundraising goal set by the charity is $40,000, but Chris has raised his personal bar to an incredible $100,000.

Dedicate a Stage
For a minimum donation of $500 you can dedicate a stage. On that day, Chris will ride for your loved one, and their name will be emblazoned on his helmet. He will also share a bit of their story on his blog. When you donate, be sure to tell us to whom you are dedicating the stage.
